Shikshan Samvad – Interactive Session with Sri M. Venkaiah Naidu
A fascinating interactive session, Shikshan Samvad, was organised at Nagarjuna College of Engineering and Technology. This event describes the purpose of education, the enhancement of youth power, and the action of nation-building. The chief guest for the event was the Former Vice President of India, Sri. M. Venkaiah Naidu. Mr. Naidu received a grand welcome at NCET, an autonomous college affiliated with VTU. This institution is also accredited with NAAC A+ ranking and is the one of the prestigious colleges in Bengaluru.
Interactive Session on Youth Power and Nation-Building
The enthusiasm and excitement of the event enhanced as the chief guest arrived. The event began around 11:00 in the morning. It started with lighting the lamp and moving on towards cultural programmes like classical songs and folk dance.
 After that, the stage was taken over by the dignitaries. The main event began with a fascinating welcome speech by Dr. S. G. Gopala Krishna, Director, NES, and an intriguing video projecting the accomplishments and advancements brought in by Sri. Venkaiah Naidu in his tenure. He is one of the main propagators of change, the person who believed in the power of youth, and has been an advocate for development and growth. The youth power, indicated by Sri M. Venkaiah Naidu, is the main component of nation-building.
As the video reached its end, Sri Venkaiah Naidu progressed to address the audience who were waiting for this moment. The topic represented was associated with the contribution of youth to build a strong future India. His ideologies inspired the students to work towards nation-building and utilise the power they held to transform and upgrade the nation to its finest stage of development.Â
As the ideologies got exchanged, the discussion arose and the interactive session began. Students were curious to ask their queries and present their thoughts in front of the Former Vice President of India. There were a lot of interesting questions which intrigued the audience and impressed Mr. Naidu. The students’ active participation in the interactive session revealed their interest in current events and their desire to advance the nation.
The interactive session concluded with a vote of thanks and a celebratory feast for all the dignitaries and audiences of the occasion. Â
