Computer Aided Engineering Drawing(CAED) course mainly concentrates on the fundamentals of engineering graphics and technology. Drawing has more scope in all the Engineering branches, since it is a language of communication for engineers. This course helps students to get exposure on current industrial practices and this will be taught using CAD software Solid Edge V19. The lab is well equipped with projector facility with  high-end computer systems for the students to practice.

The basic skill required for fitting and welding is transferred by basic workshop practice lab. The practical knowledge of hands on practice required for fabricating and shaping the models is very essential. By using various cutting tools and measuring tools students will fasten the physical models. Sheet metal work and welding are comes under this category. The lab also has drilling and grinding machines along with carpentry and sheet metal tools to help students better understand workshop practice. Engine and Gear box assembly unit sponsored by Toyota Kirloskar Motors Pvt. Ltd is available in the laboratory to demonstrate various parts of an engine and working of multi cylinder 4 stroke CRDI diesel engine.
