About Placement
In Nagarjuna College of Engineering and Technology, Placement plays an integral part of the education process for a student creating demand. It is achieved through enhancement of the skills that are niche and critical for the industry to succeed which are embedded in our Educational system. NCET ensures “Value creation” of each and every student, who comes through with adequate knowledge, employable skills and shall be productive from the day one of inception in the company. How do we Train & make our students employable?
We rightly identify the Skill gap of the students by various analysis & assessments and equip them with proper training to meet the expectations of the prospective employers & industry standards.
We consider every student of us as a unique talent. We support and help our students in all the possible ways so that they get placed in a Good company which will give them a bright career opportunity.

We perform various levels of assessments & Map the skill level of the students to spot the gap between the industrial expectations and the current skill level of the students as Training Needs.
We develop a full-fledged and need based Training Plan that meets all the different skill levels of our students.

- All Major MNC’s, Tier-1 Companies visit Nagarjuna Group of Institutions to hire/recruit the skilled & right talent of UG and PG programs. The in-take is more than 90% by MNCs to meet the hiring demands year on year, without compromising on quality.
- Placement record keeps “Nagarjuna” as one of the best in Ranking of the Institutions across PAN India. About 100+ companies visiting each year for the past 5 years. About more companies with pay package 5 Lakh per annum and above. Multiple instances of conducting Pool Drives in campus.

- Pre Employability Skill Test is conducted for pre-final year and final year students, before the start of placements. An “Industry connect meet” organized annually to acknowledge and strengthen ties with industries. From the 2nd semester onwards, students are identified & represented as Brand Ambassadors of institutions for different Corporate.
