Greetings from Career Counseling, Training & Placement (CCTP) Department!
We are grateful to all our esteemed recruiting partners for extending their patronage towards Nagarjuna Group of Institutions (NGI) under whose banner the following institutions have been operating since 2001.

The CCTP department makes every effort to provide challenging career opportunities to students by constantly monitoring the dynamic changes in the requirements of the industries and accordingly addressing the needs of the students. With zest and passion, we consistently interact with reputed companies in seeking and sequencing campus placements and internship opportunities for our final year students.
Our placement services work with a multi-pronged strategy, viz: On-campus recruitment, Virtual web-proctored recruitment, pool-campus drives, alumni, and corporate referrals.
We take pride in our students’ achievements and are passionate about their success. Our flagship progressive training program is rolled-out to all our students starting from first year up to the penultimate semester covering all possible dimensions viz: Leadership, Technical, Quantitative, Logical reasoning, verbal, written, group discussion and life skills.
I’m confident that our students will measure up to the corporate expectations. They all are geared-up for the upcoming campus recruitment season.

Placement Cell at Nagarjuna College of Engineering and Technology is a dedicated department which serves as a liaison between the academic institution and the corporate world, facilitating collaborations, guest lectures, industry visits and other initiatives to expose students to real-world challenges and trends in their respective fields.
It assists students to find suitable employment opportunities by organizing job fairs, campus interviews and recruitment drives conducted by various companies. It also provides guidance to students on crafting effective resumes and cover letters, as well as offering interview preparation workshops and mock interviews to enhance students’ employability skills.
Placement Cell is keen about providing personalized career counseling and guidance to students to help them explore their interests, strengths and career goals. This includes aptitude tests, personality assessments, group discussions and one-on-one consultations with career advisors.
The department organizes training programs, workshops and seminars to enhance students’ soft skill which includes communication, teamwork, leadership, technical skills relevant to their chosen field of study.
It assists students in finding and securing internships that provide practical work experience related to their academic program, helping them gain valuable insights into their chosen industry and build professional networks.

- Internship and Placement Support: Strengthen internship and placement support services by establishing partnerships with companies, organizing campus recruitment drives, and offering assistance with job search strategies, interview preparation, and negotiation skills.
- Feedback Mechanisms: Implement feedback mechanisms to collect input from employers, alumni, and students on the effectiveness of training programs and to identify areas for improvement in preparing students for the workforce.

My name is L V Supraja from department of computer science and engineering from Nagarjuna college of engineering and technology. Firstly I am happy to say that I have been placed as Graduate Engineer Trainee at L&T InfoTech. I would like to thank our placement department who have given us a good training from experienced trainers which helped us crack the interviews. Beautiful campus, which got my attention on the 1st day of my visit to the college. Campus is full of greenery, calm and quiet place making it ideal for studies. Also they have good facilities for sports. My overall experience about the college has been amazing and it has good infrastructure. I have always found a positive and healthy environment and the teachers are very supportive. Most of my doubts were cleared after the classes get over. I am really thankful to my college, especially, the Training and Placement Cell for giving ample number of opportunities to help me get through best of the Companies. The endeavor and enthusiasm of Training & Placement Cell is very appreciable. Placement cell took a number of measures to ensure that students get properly placed and made best of opportunities available for us which led to my placement in cognizant , dxc, avekshaa technologies, capgemini . I wish good luck to the coming batches of my university.
The campus gave me limitless opportunities to discover myself. NCET has helped me improve my technical skills as well as soft skills, getting a job. The placement procedure is great here and placement staff supported us very well., NCET has been training us in internship since from 2 year of our engineering which has prepared me for the placement in the final year. We were informed about the various company expectations well in advance. We had continuous technical and aptitude training as well . I am happy to have been placed in the 6th semester itself.
