ABOUT IQAC
An internal mechanism for sustenance, assurance and enhancement of the quality culture of education is imparted by NCET. NCET have established the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) as a post accreditation quality sustenance activity. NCET, enlisted/recognized under section 2(f) and eligible to receive central assistance under Section 12B of the UGC Act, 1956 and fit to receive General Development Assistance.
Maintaining the momentum of quality consciousness is crucial, Internal Quality Assurance Cell, in fact, is conceived as a mechanism to build and ensure a quality culture at the institutional level. NCET have an internal quality assurance system, with appropriate structure and processes, and with enough flexibility to meet the diverse needs of the stakeholders. The NCET- IQAC is meant for planning, guiding and monitoring Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Enhancement (QE) activities of the colleges. The IQAC channelize and systematize the efforts and measures of an institution towards academic excellence. The NCET IQAC became a driving force for ushering in quality by working out intervention strategies to remove deficiencies and enhance quality. The IQAC Structure: In NCET the IQAC constituted under the chairmanship of Principal, Prof. Dr.Jitendranath Mungara. He is assisted by a Coordinator- IQAC Dr. Rohith S, who is a senior professor of NCET.

Self Study Report 2015
Every HEI applying for the A&A process shall prepare an Executive Summary highlighting the main features of the Institution including:(1) Introductory Note on the Institution: location, vision mission, type of the institution etc. (2) Criterion-wise Summary on the Institution’s functioning in not more than 250 words for each criterion. (3) Brief note on Strength Weaknesses Opportunities and Challenges (SWOC) in respect of the Institution. (4)Any additional information about the Institution other than ones already stated. (5) Over all conclusive explication about the institution’s functioning.
Score and Certificate of Accreditation
The Executive Committee of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council on the recommendation of the duly appointed Peer Team is pleased to declare our Institute the Nagarjuna College of Engineering and Technology, Devenahalli Bengaluru, affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Karnataka as Accredited with CGPA 3.11 on four point scale at A Grade valid upto Dec 31, 2021.
