Fee Structure for the Academic year 2023-24
Refund Policy
- The Office of Admissions is liable for refund process until the commencement of classes.
- The refund is at the sole discretion of the college.
- Request for cancellation of admission must be submitted ONLY through E-Mail mode. Request for cancellation through any other medium (including Post) will not accepted.
- The date of online cancellation will be considered as the date of formal withdrawal of admission. This date will be considered for determining the eligible percentage of refund (refer table below).
- The office documentation(s) for refund will begin only on the date of receipt of the following documents in ORIGINAL by courier or in person, by the Office of Admissions.
- All receipts towards the payment of fees
- Provisional Admission Letter
- Cheque leaf (cancelled) of the bank to which transfer of money is to be done.
- NCET will not be responsible for the change/misrepresentation of account information, as received and confirmed by the candidate/parent. If all documents submitted for refund are as per the office requirements, then the time taken to process and effect the transfer of refund will be 30 working days. It’s noteworthy that it is the prime and sole responsibility of the candidate to furnish all relevant documents for timely processing of refund.

The Remaining due/payment for the entire 1st year must be cleared in full (100%) within 30 days from the date of issue of provisional letter, failing which the provisional admission will be cancelled.
